Why do some of the refcodes in my results end in ‘00’?

Solution

Refcodes ending in ‘00’ are provisional identifiers which relate to CSD X-Press entries – these are published crystal structures that are yet to be fully curated by CCDC editors. CSD X-Press refcodes are recognised by WebCSD, but will never be viewable in Mercury as they are only temporary and the final refcode will always change (either completely or just to remove the ‘00’).
