How do I add details of the main crystallographer associated with the data to my deposition?

Solution

During the deposition process you will be asked to give details of the main crystallographer associated with the data. The details of the crystallographer included in this section will be displayed on Access Structures and WebCSD once the data has been published. The crystallographer will also be notified of the deposition once the deposition has been completed.

The crystallographer details should be added during the ‘Add Publication’ stage of the deposition process.

For any unpublished structures already deposited at CCDC it is possible to add details of the crystallographer from the ‘My Structures’ service. For any structure, select the Details button to access the ‘My Structure Details’ view and click the ‘Add Crystallographer Details’ button in the ‘Crystallographer Details’ section. You will then be prompted to add the name, publishing name, email address and affiliation for the crystallographer.
