How do I obtain ConQuest, Mogul or GOLD?
Solution
The majority of CSD-Portfolio functionality, such as the data, ConQuest, Mogul and GOLD, is contained in the CSDS download. You can obtain download links for the software by filling out the CSDS downloads request form here.
You will need your customer number and 36 character activation key. This information is typically provided to your site contact. If you do not have your licence information and do not know who your site contact is, please send an email to admin@ccdc.cam.ac.uk requesting your site contact information and it will be provided to you (if you have an active licence).
Once you complete the form, you should receive an email with the installer links within minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. You can also send an email to support@ccdc.cam.ac.uk if you do not receive the download links in an hour.
